Success story
When we went on field, we identified a peer by the name of Yusuf bar who had a small drug–joint and whose family considered of his wife and one daughter.

Later when contacted a few number of times he said that he had to sell drugs to support his addiction. He said that he knew it was not right to sell drugs and very risky, he had to because of his addiction. We reached a solution, that quitting drugs would help him, his family and also safe him from criminal activities.

After much follow up and counselling, his detoxification programme was arranged at parivartan vyasan mukti Kendra. After getting clean, he stopped selling drugs but had no work and source of income. All this frustration was again, driving him to criminal activities.
